Nutritional Information for Carrabba's Italian Grill

I love Carrabba's Italian Grill, but it drives me crazy that they don't publish nutritional information.

Well, that's not exactly true. Carrabba's doesn't publish calories, but they do publish the diabetic exchange values for many of their dishes. Because the exchange values are designed to correspond to specific amounts of calories, fat, carbohydrates and protein, we can calculate the following approximate nutritional information, including Weight Watchers' points, for the following Carrabba's menu items:

My First Post

We will see if this takes off. The plan is for me to share a bunch of my weight loss thoughts with you all, for whatever they are worth.

My Background

I'm a guy, 35 years old, with a consistent trend of increasing weight over the years. As I will explain in more detail later, I've had good luck losing weight with a self-directed low fat/high exercise plan, with Weight Watchers, and with Atkins, but I've always gained the weight back. This time, I'm using a combination of Weight Watchers and the Hacker's Diet, and my goal is to hit my target weight and keep it off for three years. (If I stop posting, odds are I didn't make it). I'll let you know how it goes.
